Future updates


I've released Secluded in Nightshine version 1.05 today, and the game is in a state now where the basic bugfixes and Quality of Life improvements I wanted to make have been implemented. I'm going to be moving on now to begin working on version 1.1, which will be the fix major Feature Expansion. It will focus on the mid-game, and minimizing micromanagement which starts to become noticeable once you have 5-10 slaves. It will also add in some interesting decisions and problems to solve as you try to hold together a household of a dozen slaves. This version will also involve a visual rework of your house floorplan, which has always been a placeholder.

Unfortunately, this shift from minor changes to focusing on a major expansion will reduce the frequency of updates. Since release, I have been updating the game every day or two. I hope to release version 1.1 in late March. I will be releasing weekly builds of the game to supporters on Patreon, but I don't intend to post another game update here on Itch until 1.1 is fully finished.

If, however, there are any serious bugs in the current game that anyone finds and alerts me to, I will be happy to rush out a fix for them in the meantime. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions~
